"Attached is a letter of gratitude from my wife & I regarding the service we received from Gwen Finley. I flat out got lucky picking Gwen. When we decided to put our house on the market for sale, I had seen John L Scott signs in our neighborhood and decided to give that agent a call (a different one from Gwen). That agent did not answer and did not call back , so I checked out your website and called Gwen. (Honestly I chose her based on her smiling face and the long list of credentials she earned.) On a Sunday afternoon, Gwen picked up her phone in one or two rings. Even though she was at a dinner party, she promised to meet me later to assess my home. I should also say that in the month prior to putting my home on the market, my wife & I had purchased another home using different buyer and seller agents. We like the other agent but wanted to get other opinions.

 There were 4 particular attributes we really appreciated with Gwen:

Her pricing strategy.... Other agents told us we wanted to hear. What I was hearing didn't ring true based on what I was seeing in our neighborhood. Gwen convinced us that sitting on the market, over-priced, for months and months was not a good plan.

Her advice for preparation for sale....We did all the suggestions she recommended and the house looked and showed great. Friends who visited my web listing told me so.

Her professionalism.... Gwen was always organized, on time, and prepared for our meetings. She told me what to expect, kept me informed, and was prompt in her communicatons and services. Let's just say we encountered a few agents during this process for whom "professionalism" is a foreign concept. I don't know how they make a living.

Her demeanor.... Gwen was patient with us, friendly, and she has a great sense of humor.
